To maximise the improvement in individual performance, we offer individual training. At MFS, this program is aimed at talented players who want to take their game to the next level by learning position-specific skills and techniques that they can use in their matches.

 

In most teams, the large number of players makes it difficult to work individually on the weaknesses and strengths of the children and young people. Almost all children and young people have deficits in the areas of shooting technique, coordination, use of feints as well as taking and receiving flat and high balls.

In individual football training, an optimal correction and automation of the technique can be achieved!

 

Through two and three-shot games, the players gain more than 300 repetitions per unit in individual training, so an improvement in football skills occurs quickly. The effects on the two-footed shooting technique are to be emphasized here. In the units, we place great emphasis on the goal kick. This is done with different shooting techniques such as effet ball, flying ball, tension ball, pressure pass, etc., so that the players learn which shot or impact is useful in which situation. This is coupled with various coordination and trick combinations so that the body & ball feeling is trained. Our individual training is an ideal supplement to team training in order to develop your football skills faster. You will be amazed at how much quicker you can develop through our individual training!

 

The team will also benefit from it. Football is a team sport, but each individual can do even more for himself and which then helps his team.
